Albino Lucas Romero, 89, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on November 16, 2017. He was born in Denver to Maria and Manuel Romero. Albino is survived by his grand and great-grand-children, many other family members, friends and loved ones. Since the age of four, Albino has been singing almost his entire life. He has performed in churches, with bands, and everywhere he went. He was truly admired worldwide. He sang in English, Spanish, and Korean. Albino proudly served his country in World War II, where he served in the Air Force and Air Corps. Albino was a very loving man, friend to all and was always willing to help. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. A Celebration of Life service will be held in his honor at 11 a.m. on November 22, in the Imperial Funeral Home Chapel with inurnment to follow.
