Steven Kerzner, age 65, passed away April 13, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Maurice and Sandra (Shatkin) Kerzner. He was the beloved husband of the late Diane (Rodi) Kerzner to whom he was married for 35 years; loving father of Shayna Kerzner Woodland and her husband Christopher and Dayne Kerzner; brother of Robert Kerzner and Allyson Kerzner Hannin; doting papa of Lilyana Woodland, Diana Barone, and Cody Woodland; and cherished companion of Linda Rotella.
He was the co-owner and trainer with his brother Bob of Kerzner’s Kennels at the former Lincoln Greyhound Park and was also a blackjack dealer for many years at Foxwoods/MGM Casino and the former Twin Rivers Casino now Bally’s.
Steven was loved by everyone who knew him, he will be greatly missed especially by his beloved daughter who was his best friend.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service Wednesday, April 20th at 11:00 a.m. in the Highland Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 1 Rhode Island Ave, Johnston. Burial will be private.
