Today is 2 long months since you decided on heaven.  Good for you! I hope you are in peace and having great times with the family over there.

I light a candle for you, as I do at home.  Its been just over a week since I lost the best friend I had, and I miss you.  I so very often pick up the phone at night to call you at our usual time and then remember you are not in Cranston, you are in heaven.  I'm sure I got a phone call from you though. I'm so sorry to hear of Ruthie's passing.  Sincere condolences to her family.  I got to know Ruthie mostly while taking my Mom down to bingo each week but also my mother has always spoken well of her and how Ruthie would check on my mother to make sure she was doing ok.  I found Ruthie to be a very strong and brave woman who rarely complained, even when she was in pain.  She had a great sense of humor.  She often baked for the bingo group and was always helpful to others.  She was just a good hearted woman and I know she will be missed by many, many people.

Dear Sister,
I am so sorry you had to endure so much pain, I would gladly have shared some of it for you if I could, and even though I didn't suffer your physical pain I suffered mental pain for you.  
I will try to always remember the good times when we were kids and also as adults.  You were my best friend since Duane passed and gave me hours of company even though you had your own problems.  I will always love you and miss you.  My heart aches, please rest in peace as you wanted to in the end, and tell Mom, Dad and David I love and miss them, and when you see Duane give him my special love. I extend my sincerest sympathies to Ruth's family. She was a bright personality for the residents of Presidential Place, always eager to be of help, offering her love and compassion to all. The community will sorely miss her, as will I.

Dear Little Sister,
I am so sorry you had to go through the endless days of pain, I would have gladly shared them with you if I could. 
You were endless support to me when Duane passed and now I find myself wondering who I will call when I am feeling my lows.  You always had time to listen to me and comfort me even though you had your own troubles.  We grew up like twins and I feel your death has amputated a part of me.  I will always try to remember our good times, and I will always love you and remember you, I will never stop missing you.
Tell Mom, Dad, David I miss and love them and give my special love to Duane. You are always in my heart forever until I meet up with you again, I remain your loving sister.
