Maxine C. Schenker

Maxine Carol Schenker died on November, 25 2023. She was raised in Fall River, Massachusetts, and was the daughter of Sidney and Selma (Feldman) Schenker. Maxine loved warm weather and spent most of her adult life in South Florida.

Maxine was predeceased by her parents and her two brothers, Kenneth and Jeffrey Schenker. Maxine struggled with various health issues her whole life, and she was diligently cared for by her family members. Maxine's father Sidney supported and cared for her until his death in 1997. Following Sidney’s passing, Maxine’s brother Jeffrey Schenker dedicated himself to her care until his passing in 2021. From April 2021 until Maxine’s death, her nephew Jason Schenker, the son of Jeffrey Schenker, oversaw her care. Other family members who predeceased Maxine, including her mother, Selma, and her aunt, Irene (Feldman) Zwetchkenbaum, were always there to help and support her. The Schenker family is extremely grateful to all the family members and healthcare professionals who cared for Maxine throughout her life. May Maxine's memory be a blessing to those who knew her.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM in Temple Beth El Cemetery, 4620 North Main Street, Fall River, Massachusetts.
