Josephine “Jay” E. (Roberti) Ricci, 89, of Old Pocasset Lane, Johnston and formerly of Laurel Hill Avenue, Cranston for many years passed away October 16, 2014. She was the wife of Oresto Ricci for 68 years.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Adeline (Scrocco) Roberti.
Josephine was the sister of Raymond and William Roberti, Dolores Procaccianti and the late Richard and Marie Roberti. She was also aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral with visitation will be held Monday between 8:30 – 9:30 AM from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Ave., Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
