Warwick Donna M. Houllahan, 41, of Earlham Way, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2015, at the Miriam Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Thomas F. Houllahan for the past fourteen years.Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Frances (Kelly) Maxwell, of Warwick, and the late Daniel Maxwell.Donna worked as an administrator in the health care industry for several years. Most recently, she was a stay at home mom, raising her two daughters. She was a 1992 graduate of Toll Gate High School, and a 1997 graduate of the New England Institute of Technology. Nothing made her happier than being with her husband and family. Her two girls were her life, and being home with them was the most fulfilling job in the world. Her home was always open to relatives for get togethers. She loved catching up with everyone and genuinely cared what was going on in their lives. She was also an advocate for Autism Speaks and was always spreading the word in honor of her daughter Maddie. In addition to her husband and mother, she leaves two daughters, Mackenzie L. Houllahan and Madison D. Houllahan; a brother, Daniel J. Maxwell; two sisters, Pamela A. Blais and Deborah J. Kanterman and her husband Alex; and several nieces and nephews.The funeral will be held on Saturday, at 8:45 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, (Rt 117) Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Timothy Church, 1799 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Visiting hours Friday, 4:00-8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Autism Speaks, 1060 Slate Road, Second Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540 in her memory would be appreciated.
