Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Armand and Ida (DeFrancesco) Deacutis.
Dolores was a dedicated teacher. She taught at the Stephen Onley Elementary School in North Providence for many years before retiring.
She enjoyed being with her family, playing cards with her friends, and especially watching her great grandsons play baseball.
She was the loving mother of Susan Weinstein and her late husband David and Laurie A. Payne and her husband William and cherished grandmother of Amanda Mangiarelli and her husband Mark and great grandmother of Mark, Jr. and Vincenzo. She was also the sister of Joyce Famiglietti.
Her visitation and funeral services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 11:00 AM from the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM in the Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be private.
