Barbara A. (Refino) McDonough, 75, passed away November 17, 2012. She was the wife of the late John J. McDonough.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Carmella (Pisani) Refino; mother of John J. McDonough IV (CSM RI National Guard) and wife Lori, Michael K. McDonough, Lisa A. McDonough and fiancé John, and the late Patrick M. McDonough; grandmother of 9; great-grandmother of 4; and sister of the late Michael Refino.
Barbara had worked for the Providence School Lunch Program for many years before retiring.
Visitation will be held Friday, 4-7 p.m. with her funeral on Saturday at 9:45 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 1493 Cranston Street, Cranston, followed by burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
