Amelia M. Perry (Marcello) 71, of Providence, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 13, 2017 at the Roger Williams Medical Center. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Adamo) Marcello. Amelia worked as a bartender at the Holiday in for many years, retiring in 2004. She loved doo wop music and was especially fond of Federal Hill and was very proud to be a lifelong resident there. She leaves her children, Denise Card, David Card, Jr., Luigi Marcello, and Steven Card; a sister, Dolores Demers; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. Amelia was the sister of the late Vincent and Anthony Marcello. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 5-8pm, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence, with a funeral service beginning at 7:30 pm. Burial will be private.
