Faith Alice Carol Johnson

December 10, 1936 – October 22, 2024

The family of Faith Alice Carol Johnson (87) are deeply saddened to announce her passing, peacefully in her sleep on October 22, 2024, after a brief illness. She was born on December 10, 1936 in Southern Rhodesia (Zimbabwe), the daughter of the late Walter Henry George Marais and late Marie Magdalene Grobler. Faith was predeceased by her two husbands, William Desmond Kendall and James Butterworth Johnson. She is lovingly remembered by her three children, Trevor Kendall (Mandy), Cathy Cousens (Roger) and Graham Kendall (Terry-Lee) and her 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Faith firmly believed in the hope of the resurrection as promised, in the bible book of John 5:28, 29, and solidly believed that if she were to die, that she would be resurrected back onto a paradise Earth where life would be without injustice and suffering (Rev 21:3,4 & Psalm 37:10,11) according to Jehovah's original purpose.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to her doctor, Dr. Liam Higgins and the dedicated staff at Parkside Care Home for their compassionate and professional care over the past years, which brought Faith comfort and peace in her last years.

A memorial service in Faith’s memory will be held at a later date.
