I worked with Carlos for years and am so sad to hear of his passing.  My thoughts are with his family.  He was truly a lovely person - kind & gentle. I think I can safely say that he will always be remembered fondly by everyone at Inland.

Hello Mildred,

One the great pleasures in my life was to meet and spend time with Carlos. 
His through the night drives to Prince Rupert to go fishing and the days spent on the water with him will stay with me always.
He was one of the nicest and sincere people i have ever met.
I am glad i was able to spend some time with him two weeks ago.
Take care of your self on your next journey.

We meet many people in the course of our lives. Some people flicker in our minds and some are a lasting light. Carlos was the lasting light. Genuine and caring. I am glad to have known him as a fellow Elk member. I will never forget him and send you heartfelt condolences Mildred and family, and to all who will mourn his loss.

Mildred, we are thinking of you and yours with caring concern.

I think Carlos was a very special fellow.  I worked with him for quite a few years and he was a dedicated stand up guy.  He will be forever missed.
