Mullins, Joseph Franklin, 87, of Prattville, Alabama, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024. Following a private burial, family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Prattville. A memorial service conducted by Pastor Allan Bledsoe will follow at 1 p.m.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, 0. F. and Martha Mullins. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Alcyone Bates Mullins; brothers and sisters-in-law Pat and Donna Mullins, of Prattville, Alabama; Mike and April Mullins of Wallsboro, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Bud Johnston, Mike Vaughn, Ted Bugay, Doug Gordon, Mugs Mullins and David Hurst.
