Joseph M. Finley

Joseph Miller Finley, 95, of Prattville and formally of Camden, Alabama and who had traveled the world with the Air Force, passed away December 22, 2022. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pearl Marie; parents, Wille Mae Seelhorst, Albert Franklin Fenley; son, Terry Finley; siblings, Ira Lee Fenley, Horace Fenley, Carl Franklin Fenley, Marjorie Fenley Morningstar, Lillie Fenley McMurrey, Linda Fenley Nicolas and son in law, Bryon Coburn. He is survived by his children, Ronald Finley (Kathie); Brenda Finley McGough Coburn and Albert Allen Finley; siblings, Helen Jackson and Bernice Matthews. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Joseph McGough (Amy), Michael McGough (Courtney), Jeremy Finley and Joshua Finley; great grandchildren, Danzig McGough (Erica), Zachary McGough, Ryan McSweeney (Ashley) and Brandi McSweeney Fleming (Scott) and 6 great great grandchildren.

Mr. Finley was a retired Air Force Veteran, retiring as a Master Sargent but what was most important to him was his church. He also enjoyed working on cars, building trailers & reading.

Services for Mr. Finley will be Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 1530 Bridge Creek Road, Prattville, Alabama 36067.
