Martha Socola

Martha was born in Penn Yan, NY on July 2nd, 1932, the daughter of late, Clyde and Mildred Burrow. She had worked as a nurse’s assistant at Taylor Health Center in Bath, did home care, and had worked for Penn Yan Boats. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and loved nature.

Martha is survived by her children, Rose Ann (Ed) Moore of Canandaigua, Daniel (Michelle) Socola of New Columbia, PA , Vickie Miles of Branchport, JoAnn Dillion of Branchport, Mark (Cathy) Socola of Prattsburgh, Thomas Socola of Greece, and James (Kellie) Socola of Branchport, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren; brother Robert (Bridget) Burrow. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by sons, Paul and David.

Friends and family may call from 6pm to 8pm on Monday, September 29th at the Bottoni-Wood Funeral Home, 4 Mechanic St., Prattsburgh. A Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 30th at 11am at St. Patrick’s Church in Prattsburgh. Memorial donations may be made to Center of Concern, 58 Avenue D., Geneva, NY 14456
