Vicki was born to parents, Florin Schnoor and Josephine Cox, in Portland, Oregon.
Vicki graduated from Cleveland High School and went on to graduate from Marylhurst University.
She worked as a buyer at Mentor Graphics and later an office manager at Melanie Block Denturist.
Animals were a passion of Vicki’s. She had an amazing sense of humor and an infectious laugh! She was the kind of person that talked to everyone and made friends everywhere she went. Vicki will be remembered as someone who loved life and was an excellent mother to her children.
Vicki is survived by her son, David; daughter, Beth; niece, Sammi; and grandsons, Sam and Evan.
