Timothy William Andrew was born March 26, 1968 in Fontana, California. He spent his early years in San Bernardino, California, and spent time in Southern California and Oregon growing up. Tim graduated from Medford High School in 1986, and quickly became a top seller at Kirby with his charm and persistence.
Later, Tim attended Portland Community College and as an adult he lived in Portland, the San Francisco Bay area, and Seattle, Washington. Tim had incredible talent for construction and carpentry; and owned his own business, building homes and doing custom design for his clients.
Tim was baptized into Christ in the autumn of 1993, and he had a profound ability to connect on a deep level with others; his fierce loyalty made an impact on a number of people around him over the years.
Tim had passions for surfing, photography, poetry, cars, and animals. He surfed with the greats, and had an amazing eye for photography. He never met a dog he didn’t like, and most recently he had been practicing martial arts and had been accepted to an elite training facility in Seattle.
Tim was a great uncle who had a special friendship with his three nephews and four nieces; but his heart and devotion belonged to his beloved daughter McKenna, who was the light of his life, and greatest treasure.
Tim exuded toughness and intensity on the outside, but underneath, there was a soft-hearted soul who brought heart-shaped rocks to his mom’s garden, who wrote poetry and music, and loved his family and friends deeply.
Tim is survived by his mother, Jil Andrew, his father, Tim Andrew Sr., his brother, Jason Andrew, his daughter, McKenna Andrew and his sisters, Fawn Gonzalez and Selena Hester
