Born March 2, 1936, she went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, peacefully in her sleep at home on February 2, 2024. She was 87 years, and 11 months old. Rosalee will be interned at Lincoln Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
Rosalee grew up in Wichita, KS the 4th of 5 children to Eva M (Ahlf) Reynolds and Forrest G Reynolds. In her younger years, Rosalee participated in many Church, school, and family activities, enjoying marching band, playing baseball, and working in her uncle’s store and on Grandpa Ahlf’s farm. Rosalee was immensely talented and was always very active in outdoor activities and sports, never afraid of a challenge and was mechanically inclined, she taught herself to fix bicycles and cars, and could often be found helping neighborhood kids with repairs to get them back out on the road again.
After high school, Rosalee attended Central Bible Institute in Springfield, MO. While there she met and married Ralph Roland Kelso. They were married in 1957, having 3 children; Rollin Kelso, of Bend, Rhonda Smith of LaPine, and Rodger Kelso of LaPine (deceased) and were together for 26 years, until the untimely death of Roland in 1983. They lived in Wichita, KS until they relocated to the Portland, OR area in 1963.
Rosalee is preceded in death by her husband Ralph Roland Kelso (83), her father, Forest G Reynolds (96), her mother, Eva M Reynolds (Ahlf) (00), her youngest son, Rodger A Kelso (21), and her younger brother F Dwayne Reynolds (24).
After Roland’s death in 1983, Rosalee met and married Earl John Agee, they were married until her death.
She is survived by her older brother and his wife; Phillip & Sandra Reynolds of Sunnyvale, CA, her son; Rollin Kelso of Bend, OR and daughter & husband Rhonda & Michael Smith of LaPine, OR, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She lived in the Lincoln City and Portland, OR areas until recently, when she relocated to LaPine, OR where she resided with her daughter and family.
Rosalee loved her family and the Lord Jesus and always found a church family wherever she resided. Rosalee “Rose” was an active member of Lincoln City Church of the Nazarene in Lincoln City, OR. She devoted her entire life to Him and the teachings of The Bible through serving those around her, who were in need.
