Phyllis Johnson, age 94, of Tigard, Oregon passed away on Friday May 8, 2020 at Washington Garden Memory Care. Phyllis was born January 8, 1926 in Parma, Idaho to Charles Grant & Elsie Twitchell (Snyder). She is survived by two nieces and loving friends. Her urn will be placed with her parents at Wilder Cemetery in Wilder, Idaho.
