In the year of 1969 leaving Selma, Alabama Sis Moore and family came to Portland, Oregon to join her husband Thomas Moore. She was accepted in Morning Star Baptist Church Under Christian Experience, in 1969, where she remained until joining, Your Bible Speaks Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She leaves to mourn; one son, four daughters, one sister in Selma, Alabama and six brothers; Peter, Frank, Tutu and Arlene, all from Nashville Tennessee, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, one daughter-in-law, 2 son-in-laws and a host of relatives and friends.
