Molly (Blair) Fitzgibbon December 12, 1927 - November 10, 2017 Molly was born in Portland, to Dr. Harry Clyde Blair and Verna (Barker) Blair. Molly and her husband, Edward Leslie Fitzgibbon, met as childhood friends, and married on August 26, 1949. She passed away of natural causes, in her home, surrounded by those who loved her. Molly loved flowers, bunny rabbits and people. Although she was shy, she had a wonderful dry sense of humor and an engaging smile. Molly was intuitive and felt deeply other peoples troubles. She never thought of herself first. She had a deep faith and an artistic soul. She crafted Ukrainian Easter eggs and enjoyed her flower garden. We will miss her gentle grace. She is survived by her husband and the family she loved: her children, Edward “Henry” Fitzgibbon (Ann), Harry “Blair” Fitzgibbon, Margaret Sakuma (Dwight), Laura Fitzgibbon (Michael Salmond), and James Fitzgibbon (Kathleen); 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Jean Blair O’Neill, and two grandchildren: Edward Alexander Satoru Sakuma and John Peter Fitzgibbon. A rosary will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday, November 16, 2017, at St. John Fisher Catholic Church. A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 17, 2017, at St. John Fisher Catholic Church.
