Michael Doyle passed on August 30th, 2012 in Portland, OR. He was born on July 16, 1952 in Boston Massachusetts. He grew up in Franklin, MA and lived with his wife in Milford, MA until they moved to Portland three years ago.
Michael dedicated his life to caring for people with developmental disabilities. During his career he worked at Wrentham State School and Advocates inc. Throughout his life, he strongly advocated for the disabled and in later years enjoyed driving a shuttle at EMC.
Michael was a supportive and devoted husband to Tracey Doyle (of Milford, MA). Michael loved his wife and lived to make her happy. He was the proud daddy of his beloved dog Molly. Molly was his constant companion for the last seven years.
Michael suffered for many years with end stage liver disease, and spent most of that time helping his wife prepare to live without him. His last quote to her was:
"To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die."

Michael was passionate about history, politics, reading and music. He was never one to hide his political opinions and really enjoyed a good debate on poilitics or current events. He is survived by his wife Tracey Doyle, and family members Kristina Evangelista, Angela Evangelista and nephew Michael Doyle.
