Jack was born in Heppner, Oregon. He was a teacher and principal for Oregon City schools Jack is survived by his daughters; Tracey Icenhower, Jackie Holstrom and Kim Peterson. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2010, in Lincoln Memorial Park and Funeral Home.
