David Spooner was born in Vancouver, Washington to Ralph and Shirley Relyea. His Father died when he was an infant. His Mother remarried and David was adopted by Richard Spooner David loved all machines and could design, repair and build anything mechanical. David attended Clackamas High School and then joined the U.S. Air Force. He served as an ordinance mechanic for S.A.C.
David left the Service and married 'the love of his life' Nyla Hainlen and became the Proud Father of his son Curtis.
David built factories and assembly lines in the United States and around the world. Later he returned to his passion of driving Big Rigs [trucks]. David joined Blue Line / Cascade Transportation and enjoyed the company and wonderful staff for over 14 years. Driving Trucks suited David!
David is survived by his beloved wife Nyla, his son Curtis, his parents Richard and Shirley Spooner, a brother Michael Spooner and sister Kathryn (Spooner) Brandeberry.
David made friends easily, laughed, told stories, played hard and enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved animals-dogs in particular-and was never without a Best Friend. David will be sorely Missed.
