Amy Clare Minton, 66, of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away August 2, 2019 at her residence.
Amy was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Paul and Helen Lucas (Maciborka). In the mid 1990's Amy relocated to Long Island, New York before settling in Port St. Lucie in 2012. Amy was an animal lover. She enjoyed arts and craft projects. Amy cherished the time that she spent with her family and friends.
Amy is survived by her daughters, Erica Mouzoukos (Panagiotis) and Ashley Minton; sister, Joyce Stevens (Robert); nephews, Michael and Ross Taylor; and her beloved cat, Javier.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place on Wednesday August 7, 2019 from 10-11:30 am with a Memorial Service at 11:30 am at Aycock Funeral Home, 1504 SE Floresta Drive Port St. Lucie, Florida 34983.
