Donna J. Strothers Salles, 64, of Port Lavaca, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024 in Victoria. She was born in Big Spring, Texas to the late Chester and Faye Cummings Strothers on April 25, 1959. Donna worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for many years at Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehab, and Tag Management.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents Chester and Faye Cummings Strothers.
Donna is survived by her loving husband; David G. Salles, daughter and son-in-law; Brandy Salles Ureste and her husband Josh, son and daughter-in-law; Jeremy Strothers and his wife Cynthia McGahan, three grandchildren; Sahara Strothers, Mira-Sita Ragan Strothers, and Jude Strothers. Donna also leaves behind numerous extended family and friends, all of whom will cherish her memory.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 from 5-7 at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 10 am at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow the service at Wood Hi Cemetery.
Honoring Donna by serving as Pallbearers will be Don Marques, Steven Marques, Manny Gonzales, Patrick Harrington, Daniel Harvell, and Kody Salles.
