She is survived by her children, Willis Bryan Shannon (Debbie), Sandra Shannon Cantrell (Terrell Jones), Wayne Shannon (Peggy), Nathan Shannon (Ann); sisters, Annette Rutledge (Paul), Button Lewis (Jason Sharp), Tomalee Fraley; brothers, Jimmy Williams (Sylvia), Gerald Williams (Marlene), Carlos Williams (Susie), John Wilkerson (Frannie), Robert Wilkerson; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin C. Shannon; parents and 1 grandchild.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Seadrift Cemetery.
