Ann Fisher Boyd

Ann Fisher Boyd, 80, of Port Lavaca passed away July 16, 2018. She was born October 2, 1937 in Corpus Christi to King Fisher and Mary Jewel Tanner Fisher. Ann retired after 45 years with King Fisher Marine Service. She loved playing cards with her friends and going to the ranch. Her home was open to all and she loved to entertain. Being with family members was what she cherished the most.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Waymon Boyd; sons, Wayne Boyd (Tammie), Randy Boyd (Debbie); sister, Linda LaQuay (Timothy); grandchildren, Ruby, Christopher, Hillary, Jonathon, Jeremy and Katie; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Fisher, Sophie, Zachary, Cooper and Gracelyn and niece, Amy LaQuay Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Port Lavaca Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Christopher, Jonathon, Jeremy, Leslie, Johnny, Jimmy and Justin Boyd.

Honorary Pallbearers are Norman, Cecil and Bobby Boyd, Ronald Boyd (deceased) and Jackie Rutherford.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to Hospice of South Texas, 605 W Locust, Victoria, TX 77901.
