Anthony took immense pride in his role as a father. His dedication to his family knew no bounds, and his children will forever be grateful for the love and guidance he bestowed upon them.
Anthony's professional life was marked by a deep commitment to serving his country and community. A proud veteran of the Air Force, he served with honor and distinction, embodying the values of duty, integrity, and courage. Following his military service, Anthony embarked on a career with the Nassau County Police Department, where he dedicated 14 years of his life to protecting and serving the residents of his community.

A devoted fan of the New York Yankees and the New York Giants, he cheered passionately for his beloved teams, celebrating their victories and weathering their defeats with fierce loyalty.
When the kids were young, family camping trips were a cherished tradition in the Uryevick household, providing endless opportunities for adventure, bonding, and making memories that would last a lifetime. Anthony reveled in the simple pleasures of outdoor life, whether it was lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun so he could get the perfect tan, grilling a savory meal, or engaging in lively conversations with friends & neighbors. A social butterfly by nature, he possessed an infectious charm and wit that endeared him to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Above all else, Anthony's greatest joy came from spending time with his loved ones. Whether it was sharing recipes, swapping stories, or simply enjoying each other's company, he cherished every moment spent in the presence of his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Marion, his loving children Andrea, Siobhan, Christopher, and Alicia, his sister, Ann Ruggiero, his brother and sister-in-law, Christopher & Missy Uryevick, and a host of family members and friends who will carry his memory with them always.
