Ronald J. Mason

Ronald J. Mason, Sr., 67, passed away peacefully surrounded by his children on Thursday, April 18, 2024. He was predeceased by his wife Francine Mason, parents Charles & Anna Mason, siblings Charles, Cynthia, Philip, Richard, Robert and Tammy, two great grandchildren Jonah and Nyla, son-in-law Michael Conklin and sister-in-law Christine Mason.

He is survived by his children Samantha Mason & Kenneth Cogan, Jr., Elizabeth Conklin, Ronald & Adrienne Mason, Jr., Nicholas Mason, Anna Mason & David Hill, Jr.; grandchildren Kourtney, Justin, Alicia, Kenneth III, Gwendolyn, Anna, Owen, Kyle, Maykayla, Michael and Jayden; several great grandchildren; sisters Tina Mason Schad & Ed Schad and Angel & Edwin Lavin; several nieces, nephews and close friends John Frew and Danny Copp.

Ronald was a retired employee of Vail Ballou and spent many years as a crossing guard. He enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson on Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 10-11am with a Funeral Service to follow at 11am. Burial will be in the Spring Forest Cemetery.
