Gwendolyn E. Miller

She was predeceased by her parents, Arthur, Sr. and Bernice Miller; brothers, Arthur, Jr. and William; sisters, Audrey, Marilyn and Beverly; nephew, Johnny; and niece, Amy. Gwen is survived by her sister-in-law, Mary Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Gwen lived most of her life in Windsor, NY until she became a resident of an ACHIEVE group home in Binghamton, NY. A package in the mail, a new purse, trips to the thrift store, new sneakers, chicken McNuggets, her babies,Veronica and Susie, and liverwurst sandwiches always put a smile on her face. Gwen will be missed and forever in our hearts.

A visitation will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Windsor, 56 Chapel St., Windsor, NY 13865 on Monday, July 24, from 12pm-1pm, followed by a funeral service at 1pm. Interment will be in Knox Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to ACHIEVE at 125 Cutler Pond Road, Binghamton, NY 13905. Gwen’s ACHIEVE caretakers and friends were vital in making her later years in life comfortable and enjoyable. Gwen’s family will be forever grateful.
