Marc Christopher Landry, 45, of Venice, FL died Sunday January 8, 2012. He was born January 27, 1966 in Worcester, MA. He attended the Coral Gables High School in Coral Gables, FL. After leaving high school Marc enlisted in the U.S. Army. Marc loved the outdoors and the ocean.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Janet Alcorn Landry; his four daughters, Danielle (Nathaniel) Johnson Metts of Englewood; Heather Johnson, of Venice; Brittany(Juan) Martinez-Landry of Marshalltown, IA and Emily Landry of Venice; Marc was blessed with four grandchildren, Aaliyah A. Johnson, Bryce A. Metts, Diego M. and Jose Marc Martinez-Landry; his father Robert (Donald Kinghorn) Landry; of Sarasota; brothers and sisters, Lise Alives (Johny) of Rockledge, FL; Robert (Wendy) Landry of Orlando; Roger(Norma Castro) Landry of Sarasota and Denise (William) VanGelder of Valrico, FL and 14 nieces and nephews. Marc was preceded in death by his mother, Jeannine Carreau Landry.
