Kathleen Belanger

Kathleen married Warner Belanger on February 13, 1982 in Galveston. They moved to Groves 10 years ago from Tortola, British Virgin Islands. She enjoyed scuba diving, sailing, gardening, photography and spending quality time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Warner Belanger of Groves; a son, Paul Parks and wife Sherrie of Dripping Springs, TX; a daughter, Debbie Ann Richmond and husband Paul of Groves; step children, Warner Belanger III of Milledgeville, GA and Phyllis Kaye Belanger of Knoxville, TN; a brother, Michael Fairley and wife Jami of Groves; sister, Patty Fairley of Beaumont and 7 grandchildren.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2011, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home, Port Arthur.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2011, at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Cemetery.
