Brad was born in Bethesda, Maryland to Bob and Dee Arceneaux. He graduated from Port Neches-Groves High School in 1989, and from Lamar Institute of Technology with a degree in drafting.
Brad married the love of his life Stephanie on March 8, 2003, with whom he made a home in Nederland, Texas. After many years of prayers, Brad and Stephanie were blessed with twin daughters Sarah and Sophie in 2013.
Brad was a 32-year employee of Market Basket and served in many capacities throughout his career, the last 17 of which he was the Director of Facilities. In his role with Market Basket, Brad made many contacts within the industry that grew into lifelong friendships.
Brad was an avid hunter and fisherman as well as a master woodworker. He was most proud of his Black Buck, which happens to be the only mount Stephanie allowed to grace their living room. His passion for woodworking is a skill that was passed down from his father and grandfather. Brad often expressed his love by crafting custom furniture pieces. His home, as well as those of his family and friends are filled with his beautiful creations.
His love of family and the outdoors was only surpassed by his love of the Lord. Brad was faithful member of Freedom Christian Fellowship in Port Neches for more than 20 years. During his years at Freedom, Brad served in many ministries. He began by volunteering with the youth, ran the sound booth, was a passionate intercessory prayer warrior, and served as an elder the past few years.
Brad is survived by his faithful and loving wife Stephanie and twin daughters Sarah and Sophie; parents Bob and Dee Arceneaux; brother Cory Arceneaux, grandmother Dorothy Christopherson; aunt Barbara Martin; uncle Chris and aunt Angela Christopherson; uncle Lynn Arceneaux; Aunt Pam Abadie; along with many cousins and friends he regarded as family.
The Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 2:00 pm until the service hour of 3:00 pm at Freedom Christian Fellowship, 1413 Port Neches Ave, Port Neches, TX 77651
