Werner, Tammy passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at the age of 42 years.
Predeceased by Papa Freddy Clark, great grandma Annie Zenner.
Tammy is survived by loving husband Brayden, children Jayden and Trinity; parents Kim and Daniel Gauthier; brother Josh (Jenn); sister Pamela Dennis; nephew James; Nana Dolores Clark; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.
Born and raised in the Valley, Tammy was a woman with a huge heart. She opened her door to any in need and her world was her home and her family. She was always there for her children. Known for her baking of triple chocolate cake or perogies. She loved going for cruises in the car and loved Ucluelet and Tofino and times we spent there as a family. She had a good sense of humour and was honest and straight to the point.
