Diane Patricia Cyr was born in Vancouver BC on August 3 1944. She passed away on November 17 2024.
She moved to Port Alberni with her parents in 1947. She spent time helping her parents run the concession at the curling rink. She married Arthur in 1963. She worked in the office for BC Tel for 27 years. Diane was predeceased by her parents Peter and Anne Mryglod along with her two sisters Cecelia Wasylkow and Genia Kaye. Diane loved to travel, spending part of the fall down south in Las Vegas and wintering on Maui. She travelled the world visiting every continent but Antarctica. She is survived by her loving husband Arthur, son Brian, son Randy ( Carla ) and two granddaughters Makenna and Maylee. There will be no service by her request. The family asks that any donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of BC in lieu of flowers.
