Horton; Allan Arthur passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Ty Watson House in Port Alberni on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at 79 years of age.
Allan is predeceased by his daughter Shirley Rushton and six of his siblings. He is survived by Marilyn his wife of over 20 years, 1 son Allan (Jocelyn), grandchildren: Tammy (Terry), Wesley (Melissa), Jenn, Larry, Lori and Joey as well as 1 brother Bert (Eileen), Shirley Horton, the mother of his children and many friends especially Les and Lorraine who were so kind during Al’s illness.
A celebration of his life will be held from 1:00 until 4:00 on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the Alberni Valley United Church Hall, 3747 Church St. Cremation has already taken place.
