A proud veteran of the US Navy, Thomas was born August 12, 1943 to Thomas Francis Sweeney Sr. and Evelyn Pero. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rosemary Sweeney (MacLaughlin) and his sons Daniel Michael Sweeney of Haverhill MA, Thomas Francis Sweeney and his partner Margaret “Meg” Healy of Quincy MA and his granddaughter Christine Ashley Sweeney of California.
