Dear Margaret, in two days it will be a year since you left us. Oh boy the stuff that is going on without you and Tim is amazing. 

I am not sure if this page will be left up but if it is not I will continue to talk to you and Tim and all my angels up there in heaven. I kept thinking through March and April about all the times you were in and out of the hospital. I guess this might be the last time I can write you here.

Hi Margaret, I see that only me an Lauren write to you. I think at the year mark this will be taken down.

I was told by a good source that you were there to meet Giz. Thank you. It seems that all the people I loved so much including Giz are together in heaven but we mortals down here just don't know the value of family or so it seems.

Please look after my little giz. I miss him so much. And Please watch over Lauren and the rest of the family.

Vincent, I know words cant describe the loss of Margarite, especially to you, of course your family and even your neighbors. She touched a lot of people in our neighborhood and up and down our street. Every time I leave my house I look over and remember her fondness of sitting on the front porch and reading her books and of course a friendly wave. She will be missed.

Vincent and family,                       Marguerite was so full of life and laughter. Remember this as you remember her. She was one special lady. I looked forward to her visits as a child. She and my mom would soon be laughing themselves silly.Marguerite was there with an open house and heart for so many throughout her life. May God already have welcomed her home in Heaven where she is with the loved ones who have gone before us.

Vincent....So sorry to hear about Margaret! Even though I wasn't an actual neighbor, but a friend, you both treated me like one. God bless you. Margaret was such a great woman and so full of life. Dear Margaret, how sad I was to arrive at the hospital a few minutes after you had already passed on into the arms of Tim and Dad. 

It feels so strange writing this. I always thought you were the toughest lady I ever knew and that you may possible out live all of us. It is with great sadness and pain that I write this.

Thank you for helping a little girl re adjust to a new family life. Thank you for all the times you played cards with me, game boards and taught me how to be dignified and to hold my head up high. Thank you for giving me a perminent home. For the first time in my young years I had a home with you and my dad and baby Tim.

Most of all I thank you for the special gifts you gave me, Tim and Maggie. They are my light, my laughter and more than a brother or sister for we raised them together. 

I often joked and told you that we raised each other, for there were not that many years between us. But my greatest joy and memories were with you and my little brother and sister. Finally I felt loved, finally I had a home with the two cutest lovable babies I have ever known.

I will forever hold you in my heart.
