Ken and I would like to thank everyone for their kind words of solace, support, thoughts and prayers.   We are both comforted to know we can often refer to this book as we face life without daddy when at times it seems difficult.  Words cannot express our gratitude to each one of you.  Daddy - we miss you dearly and cannot believe you are not here with us.  We traveled a lot, dined, shopped, laughed, had fun together.  We can however, smile and know we have done our part when we think of this quote - "It is not the length of life, but the depth of life."  Love you always.  Bye until we meet again.
