Mary O'Neill Pullen

1927-2015

It is with a deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mom, Mary Margaret O’Neill Pullen on January 8, 2015 at the age of 87.

Born in Quebec City, Mary was the third child to Thomas O’Neill & Alberta Collin. Mary joins her true love Harry Pullen Sr and her brothers Colin, Eddie & her sister Rita.

Mary is survived by her loving children Louise (John), Mark (Maureen), Lloyd (Leslie), Bridget (Patrick), Sheila (Stephen), Harry (Helene) and Rachel (John). She was the beloved Grandma Mary to Sasha, Isabella, Christopher, Lindsey, Kevin, Sara, Harrison, and Hailey.

Mary was truly a loving and generous soul in every sense of the word. Her joy was to see others happy. She was a great lover of dancing and music and could often be heard singing during her day. She loved to laugh, watch movies and read. Mary loved to swim and was an incredible animal lover. She could often be found sitting under her pear tree feeding the squirrels and enjoying the day with a cup of tea.

Mary was an extremely strong and courageous woman. She lived a very interesting and extremely fulfilled life. She is truly an inspiration to all who knew her and will be forever loved and missed. A special service will be held for Family and Friends in Pointe Claire in the spring of 2015.
