Lester “Les” Williams of Camino, California passed away at his home on Dec 24, 2022. He will be greatly missed and was loved by all his family and friends.
Les was born in Enumclaw, Washington and was raised in a small coal mining town of Carbonado, Washington. He came to Fair Oaks, Ca. about 1957 and was a long time resident and business owner until he retired and moved to Pollock Pines/Camino area around 1980, to build his own beautiful log cabin home in Camino. He couldn’t stay retired for long, so he purchased a logging truck and hauled trees for several years as Les Williams Trucking.
Les is survived by his son David Williams, granddaughter Amber Treat, two great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild & many loving nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Les at the Camino Moose Lodge on February 4th at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the following organizations; Camino Moose Lodge, The Shriners Hospital for Children, The Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Research Hospital.
