Born in San Francisco to June & Frank Sr.,
Frank was the 2nd child and oldest of the 3 boys.
Frank grew up in Santa Clara, and graduated from Buchser High School. Frank married Ann in 1985, and in 2000 they moved to Placerville, CA. He retired from AT&T in 2020 after 43 years of service, 23 years in the Bay Area & 20 years in El Dorado County.
He also loved his Bay Area sports teams. The family had Niner season tickets for years at Candlestick. His tailgate spreads were legendary. He was in the stands for the Battle of the Bay World Series game in 1989 when the Loma Prieta quake struck.
He lived with gusto, passion and a wicked sense of humor.
He had a lifelong love for dogs, especially MinPins and his last dog, Sierra.
He was preceded in death by his Mother June in 1978, his brother Ron in 1998, his father Frank in 2002, his sister Jan in 2012, his brother Jeff in June 2022.
The family that lived on Sykes Court are together again.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Ann, Sister-in-law Tina Slusher, Niece Carrie & Scott Alejandro, Niece Chrissy & Steve Munoz, Grand Niece Taylor Munoz, Grand Nephew Austyn Munoz, & a host of cousins and friends who will cherish and honor his memory.
He will be remembered for his gregarious personality, enormous heart and the fierceness for which he protected his family.
He will be missed by those of us who hoped for more time.
He will live in our hearts forever.
