Richard David Carlisle

Richard David Carlisle, age 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, September 4, 2017. Loving husband of Vicki J. (Pung) of 38 years; loving father of Kristin L. Koberstein (Nicholas), Ryan R. (Amy), Adam W. (Nicole); grandfather to four grandchildren; Brother of Robert J. (Christine), and Ronald D. Preceded in death by his parents William L. and Lillian M (Skyles) Carlisle, and a brother William G. Carlisle. Richard was a graduate of Clarion State and belonged to the fraternity Theta XI. Richard was an employee of Cassady Pierce Company for 40 years as Branch Manager. Friends will be received Thursday from 6-8pm and Friday from 2-4 & 6-8pm in the HP Brandt Funeral Home, Inc., 1032 Perry Hwy, Ross Twp., 412 364 -4444. Family encourages those attending the viewing to wear “Black and Gold” as a way to memorialize a true “Pittsburgh Dad”. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10am in St. Alexis Church, 10090 Old Perry Hwy, Wexford, PA 15090. Interment in Allegheny County Memorial Park.
