Joseph Timothy Hughes

Joseph Timothy Hughes, 72, of Pittsburgh, passed away on March 31, 2023. He was born to the late Edwin and Frances (Kelchis) Hughes on October 29, 1950 in Pittsburgh. He is preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Dianne Littlejohn; and his siblings, Edwin Hughes, Thomas (Joann) Hughes, Maureen (Edwin) Crook, Barbara Ann (George) Fulmer, James Hughes, Edward Hughes, and Edwina Hughes.

Joe will be remembered as a kind, generous, hardworking man who loved his family and was always willing to lend a hand to someone in need. He enjoyed listening to Oldies music and was one heck of a dancer! He also enjoyed traveling, especially with his family.

Joe is survived by his sons, Timothy (Kimberly) Hughes and Jason (Ryoko) Hughes; granddaughter, Samantha (Travis) Young; great-grandchildren, McKenna, Dawson, Addisyn, and Charlotte Young; siblings, Pauline (the late Bob) Eisenbach, Helen (the late Paul) Dixon, Parris (the late Buck) Miller, and Lubie (John) Radziewicz; and many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 6th, 2023 from 1pm-4pm at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. A graveside service will take place on Friday, April 7th, 2023 at 11am at Allegheny Cemetery, 4734 Butler St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201.
