Mary Lee "Marie" Aucoin

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Mary had a heart of gold and always made sure everyone was taken care of. Marie never missed a family function, a trip to Walmart, or anywhere you was going she was willing to go. She enjoyed, cooking, baking, cleaning, ironing, and eating Sushi.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her three children, Arlene Aucoin, Preston Aucoin (Kim), and Tammy Montz (Dustin); four grandchildren, Savannah Aucoin (BJ), Riley Rico (Destiny), Derrick Aucoin (Taylor), and Andrew Montz; two great grandchildren, Lola Metrejean and Liam Metrejean; three sisters, Rosa Mae Metrejean, Dianne Landry, and Catherine Albarado and her grand dog Coco.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Aucoin; parents, Jeff Guillot and Angelique Sanchez; one sister, Mable Domingue and her mother and father in law, Clement and Gladys Aucoin.

A visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part on Monday, March 28, 2022 from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 1pm at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
