Carroll was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He enjoyed spending time at the deer camp in MS, hunting, and fishing. Carroll liked to travel, he and his wife would travel to Jamaica every year for their anniversary . He would also travel a lot with his RV especially to Talladega to watch the races. Most of all, Carroll was passionate about his family and loved spending time with them. He adored his dogs, Ralph, Daisey, Buddy, Baylor, and Sammie.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Melinda Mabile; two children, Sherrice Mabile Bible and Todd Mabile and wife, Sally; two step children, Eric Dye (Tia) and Ricky Dye; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren, and two siblings, Herman Mabile (Cerelene) and Betty Breaux (RP) and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Adiol and Ezilda Mabile; one granddaughter, Heather Weatherford; three siblings, Katherine Landry, Celeste Mabile, and Ricky Mabile, and his in-law's, Jimmy and Shirlene Evans.
A visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Pierre Part, LA, on Friday, November 24, 2023 from 9:30am until Mass of Christian Burial at 12pm at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Sacred Heart Mausoleum in Belle River, LA.
Pallbearers will be: Owen Mabile, Blake Mabile, Eddie Villeret, Chase Mabile, Rennie Mabile, Gabe Mabile, Herman Mabile, Kevin Landry, and RP Breaux.
