Juanita was born in Gastonia, NC on December 10, 1926, to the late Earl and Nellie Clark Morris. She was a private sitter and attended Pickens Independent Baptist Church.
Juanita is survived by her two children: Jean Holcombe (Don) of Pickens, Rocky Melvin Hudson; grandchild; Chris Holcombe (Roslyn); two great granddaughters: Dr. Abby Holcombe Baker (Brett), Maggy Holcombe.
In addition to her parents and loving husband, Juanita was preceded in death by a granddaughter; Tracie Holcombe; two sisters: Joyce Harrill and Mildred Morris.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 8, 2023, Dillard Funeral Home 2402 Gentry Memorial Highway, Pickens, SC 29671.
The family will receive friends 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM prior to the funeral service at Dillard Funeral Home. Juanita will be buried at Hillcrest Memorial Park, in Pickens, after the funeral service.
