Billy Wade Capps

Mr. Capps was born in Phenix City, Alabama on September 1, 1956 to the late John Thomas and Mildred Lucille Clegg Capps. He loved playing pool, darts, fishing, cooking, gathering with friends and family, and NASCAR. He was self employed, and will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his loving wife, Mr. Capps is survived by a daughter: Amanda Fernandez (John) of Phenix City, Alabama; a grandchild: John Luis Fernandez; two sisters: Jeannie Smith (Cliff) of Phenix City, Alabama and Linda Carpenter (Jimmy) of Stockbridge, GA; and multiple nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Capps was preceded in death by a brother: John Thomas Capps, Jr.

The family will host a Celebration of Life Service at a later date in Alabama.
