Victoria June "Vicki" Cartwright was born December 12, 1935 in Parkersburg, WV. She moved to Arizona as a teenager and went home quietly February 27, 2013 with her children and grandchildren by her side. Vicki is preceded in death by her parents; Maple and Fred, sisters; Mary and Edna, and by brothers; Westy, Otis, and Harold. Vicki is survived by her children Sheila and Grayson; her grandchildren; Jason, Brandi, Bianca, Aja, Antonia, Laura, Brian, Chris, and Kia. Her graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday March 13, 2013 at Greenwood Memorial Park, 2300 W. Van Buren St in Phoenix. She loved being a foster grandparentrr for Chicanos Por La Cuasa and loved all of her "babies." They kept her soul alive. Her beautiful, loving and very strong willed spirit will continue to inspire us as she embraces her cherished heavenly home. We love you mom.
