A memorial service at serenity chapel for Teresa will be held Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Greenwood/Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009, followed by a gathering of family & friends at serenity chapel from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
